❗By commissioning me, you agree to the following❗

✦ I only accept payments by Paypal.
✦ Full payment is required before commission begins.
✦ Do not send payment until your order is confirmed (except ko-fi commis).
✦ You are NOT allowed to use my art to train AI.
✦ The final product is for personal use ONLY. Unless you have paid for commercial use or merch.
✦ You are not allowed to trade, modify, sell or take credit for the art.
✦ You are allowed to share the art, print it or make stuff with it only for personal use and not for sale.
✦ I have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes.
✦ If you do not want me to tag you just let me know and I will not do it.
✦ Remember I’m not only working with you, I’m working with more clients just like you so I can tend to delay sometimes.
✦ If you are unable to be patient/wait for art please choose NOT to commission me.
✦ Once the commission has been completed and the buyer approves the work, any adjustments that are requested after approval will be charged, adjustments can only be made for free if the client has already mentioned the adjustment in the sketch or coloring stage (depending on the type of adjustment) and I have forgotten to change it (any adjustments in the detail stage will be charged).

Usually, it takes me a week to a month to complete a commission.
This only applies after starting the commission.

✦ Please have a completed image of your character's design/reference ready for the submission, I do not accept changes to the original reference, or AI art as a reference. I do not design models, making a design has a extra charge.
✦ If you want me to make big changes from your reference, I will be charging a design fee.
✦ I do NOT accept refunds.
✦ You are NOT allowed to sell any parts of the model, like a NFT's, AI art, etc.
✦ Big changes after the sketch phase will be charged.
✦ You must credit me on at least one of your social media platform.
✦ If for some reason your model has an error, please let me know, I will fix it with no extra charge.
✦ It tooks approximately 1 month but if the design is complex and has many add ons it takes around 3 months after starting the work to finish it.

I charge 80% of the total price for any usage like:

✦ Promotional artwork
✦ Free Game illustrations
✦ Music Video

For merchandise design, it's 300% of the total price:

I MANAGE 2 TYPES OF RESERVATIONS FOR MY COMMISSIONS "SLOTS" AND "WAITING LIST"

To get a stable slot (to be considered as a client) you have to set aside 15% of the total commission.With this the slot is yours and you have priority over the waiting list.If you cancel the commission, the 15% paid in advance is NON-refundable (no matter the date it is only possible to get a refund after the next 24hrs after the payment).
This is so that I can back up the commission and feel confident that I can turn down other potential clients.

I send a message to all those who are interested in my commissions for my next batch.They will NOT be considered as a stable customer, only as a prospective client.The order in which the messages are sent, will depend on the commissions I am most interested in.If there is no response within 3 days of sending the message, I will moved to the next on the list.

Payment plans are only available for commissions over 2000 usd.
1- If you are interested in many items you can pay for them separately, pay each time I start with one item.
2- For payments over $4000 we offer a plan to pay in 4 separate parts, in the course of a month each week you will deliver 1 of 4 parts of the final cost or if your slot is for more than 4 months from now, you can pay one of the parts per month.
